Margot Rutledge is an accomplished facilitator, trainer and career consultant. Prior to launching Career Rings, she served as Vice President and General Manager for Dale Carnegie Training’s Greater Boston operation, becoming certified to facilitate programs in leadership, human relations, presentation skills and sales. Following her tenure with Dale Carnegie Training, she worked with leaders in the field of workforce development, specializing in career coaching and executive search.

She has combined her expertise coaching executives and her experience in retained search with the principles of relationship management, effective communication and personal excellence and founded Career Rings™. Career Rings offers a unique and engaging approach to help people secure the knowledge and confidence necessary to successfully navigate their careers.

Margot is also the author of Please Encourage Me, an evidence based framework for coaching and mentoring youth. She is a native of New England and currently resides in Yarmouth, Maine.
