Following her tenure with Dale Carnegie Training, she worked with leaders in the field of workforce development, specializing in career coaching and executive search.

She has combined her expertise coaching executives and her experience in retained search with the principles of relationship management, effective communication and personal excellence and founded Career Rings™. Margot is also the author of Please Encourage Me, an evidence based framework for coaching and mentoring youth. She is a native of New England and currently resides in Yarmouth, Maine.
